Dr. Alfateen Albaddad is an Emirati–Jordanian businessman of Palestinian origin (Jaba’, Jenin), born in Kuwait in 1967. He is the second son of the late Haj Hussein Albaddad, the patriarch of a family with a deep-rooted legacy in regional and global commerce. Drawing from his early business experience alongside his father, Dr. Alfateen developed a strategic vision built on three core values: resilience in the face of challenge, calculated expansion, and a deep commitment to innovation. These values, reinforced by a prestigious academic background in financial law, political science, and media, continue to define his leadership philosophy one rooted in transparency, deep work, and disciplined growth. In 1991, alongside his brother Zayed Albaddad, he co-founded AlBaddad Global, which laid the foundation for one of the region’s most recognized industrial and commercial groups. Within a decade, the brand expanded into AlBaddad Capital, extending operations to over 27 countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Morocco, Spain, and the United States and leading in modular construction, event infrastructure, and specialized manufacturing. In parallel with this industrial legacy, and driven by a vision to diversify beyond a single sector, Dr. Alfateen launched Alfateen Holding, an integrated investment group that reflects his philosophy of building resilient, future-ready companies across multiple verticals.
